Mahogany Edwardian Mantle

A classically inspired Edwardian mantel c. 1908 with ribbed, free standing columns rising from extended foot blocks and supporting the deep shelf on turned capitols.

The opening is framed by a raised moulding which is in turn echoed by the shaping around the recessed frieze.
