An Art Deco inspired Fireplace design.
We have found that this design is
also
very effective as an All Tiled Fireplace
We feel that the insert complements a number
of our Reproduction Fireplace Mantels such as the Empire,
Gatsby, Ellis
and Teardrop but any Fireplace Mantel
can be
manufactured to surround any Fireplace insert*
These insert designs are shown at 40" square
but
they can be manufactured
at any size if necessary.
We offer a complete bespoke service where
each
Fireplace is manufactured to a customers requirements.

To burn solid fuel a stool grate is also required.
Living Flame Gas Fires are also available
to suit these Fireplaces.

Different opening
tiles are available in different designs.
Hearth sizes
Originally most pre-war Fireplaces would have had hearths
laid flush with
the wooden floor. In general they were
about 48" wide
and 18" deep.
Current gas and solid fuel regulations
now stipulate that a 2"(50mm)
raised hearth is required.
Our hearths can me made in large sizes so that the
Fireplace Mantel
stands on it, small so that the Fireplace Mantel stands on
the floor
or somewhere in between (either the Fireplace Mantel or
the hearth is cut out). The
standard sizes are
small (39.5" x 16"in 4" tiles) and
large(
54"x15") in 6" tiles but they can
be made in any size or shape
on request.
