The Cadiz All Tiled Fireplace

A faithful copy of an classic Art Deco All Tiled Fireplace
from the 1950s. It features round columns at either side
of the opening with finger tile detail and a protruding shelf.
The opening tiles can be bull nosed or deco patterned
and can be made in any combination of our tile colours.
It comes with a easy clean hearth and choice of Fireplace fret.
It is compatible with solid fuel fires including the baxi burnall
system as well as Living Flame Gas Fires.

Our tiles are reproduced using similar methods to the original items and the degree of shade variation is inherent and desirable. Tiles are manufactured to bs6431 and are not guaranteed against crazing. Whilest most tiles do not normally craze, the thickness of glaze necessary to reproduce the very shiny Victorian colours may occasionally cause this to occur. It does not affect the serviceability and actually achieves a truer degree of reproduction effect. In certain conditions high gloss glazes are prone to discolouration and marking due to chemical attack from certain liquids including hard water. Victorian colours are easily scratched and should not be used in areas subject to abrasion.
