1930s All Tiled Fireplace

A 1930s all tiled fireplace and kerbed hearth originally made in 2 shades of brown mottled tiles.

The fireplace features stepped shoulders with a lowered central shelf and a recessed opening. There are 2 patches of fine finger tiles detailing at either end of the moulded shelf blocks.

The hearth has a raised edge and echoes the stepped shoulders but with curved corners.

The bottom row of tiles on the fireplace and a
pad in the hearth have been restored using our Victorian Brown tiles.
