Art Deco Marble Fireplace

An imposing 1930s Art Deco fireplace removed
from a detached property in Heaton Moor, Stockport.

It is made from stunning contrasting light and dark
brown marbles with a one piece Belgian Black
stepped top shelf . The Loupins Light marble is
heavily striated with fine pink veining while the darker
Napoleon Tigre marble is densely mottled like birdseye maple.

The deep hearth has chamfered corners
accentuating the stepped back detail on the sides.
It still has the original chrome trim and heatplate
which accomodated a baxi burnall system.
