Bast Ceramic Fireplace

A rare fireplace by the Bast Fireplace
company of Horwich Lancashire c1945.
Three large glazed faience blocks with
hand applied streamlined mottled glaze
make up the main Fireplace. It has
a hexagonal shell opening mirrored
by the hexagonal brass opening trim.
It has a hearth in three sections with large
blocks at the side
